Jade was more than relieved to find something fun waiting for them in Austria. After the storm in Hungary she was extremely wary of any and every obstacle they would face on the trail. Piratski was a well behaved mare, settling into a trot and dutifully plowed through the snow before them, pausing every once in a while to neigh at the trees, the wild Obertaurers hidden within nickering back to her in turn. 

By the time they reached the photoshoot everyone was more than ready for a break from the ride, many flopping down in the snow. As was customary, Jade carried horse treats and candy with her- not only was it a snack for the pair but it was an easy way to make friends. As she was ruffling through her newest saddle bag for something the mare stuck her nose into the pack and emerged with a large box of chocolates. Shuffling backwards, much to the delight of the photographers, she wheeled around, jogging away and rattling the box at anyone close enough to annoy, her rider shooting a glare like daggers into her back.
